• You may obtain a list Online or from the Beaver County Clerk/Auditor's Office or the local newspaper, the Beaver County Journal.

List Available

• Four weeks prior to sale

• Sign in at the time of the sale with the Beaver County Clerk / Auditor

• Cash, cashier’s check or money order at the time of the sale

• Open bid

• Tax deeds are issued when payment is made. It’s the responsibility of the purchaser to record the deed with the Beaver County recorder to take ownership

• It is up to the bidder / purchaser to verify the statues of the title of the land purchased
