Scheduling Agenda Items

  • To submit an item for the P&Z agenda email Melissa Cook by using this form. Items must be submitted, by the first business day of the month, prior to the pending meeting.
  • For Rezoning and Subdivisions; information must be submitted by the third Friday of the month preceding the scheduled meeting.
  • Conditional Use Permits must be submitted by the first business day of the month.
