Overview
The State of Utah has adopted and Beaver County is enforcing the International Codes, including the State of Utah Amended Codes for commercial and residential projects. The following codes have been adopted and are currently being enforced in Beaver County.

Purpose
The purpose of this code is to establish minimum requirements to safeguard public safety, health, and general welfare through affordability, structural strength, means of egress facilities, stability, sanitation, light and ventilation, energy conservation, and safety of life and property from fire and other hazards attributed to the structure.
