The Reservoir Park & Recreation Committee serves as an advisory body to the County Commission. Its primary responsibilities include developing a comprehensive master plan for Minersville Lake Park, with recommendations for both short- and long-term capital improvement projects. In addition, the committee may identify, attract, and help coordinate recreational opportunities to enhance the park’s use and enjoyment.
